*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, optimizing production workflows, and leading a team of skilled professionals. *Responsibilities* * Manage the production team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. * Develop and implement production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet company demands * Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. * Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications * Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. * Utilize MRP systems and SAP for effective resource planning and tracking production metrics * Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance and sanitization and supply chain teams to enhance overall operational performance. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members. *Experience* * Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role or similar position within the industry. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. * Proficient in MRP systems and SAP for effective planning and inventory control * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. * Proficiency in using manufacturing software and data analysis tools to drive decision-making. * Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
