The CYW works to support children and youth between the ages of 6 and 17 to achieve their goals through life-skill development, including in-home routines, pro-social/recreational programs, community outings, etc. Most importantly, the CYW ensures a safe, structured, stable and predictable home environment by following individual programs, routines, and working as a team. *WAGE: $*27.54 to $31.61 per hour, depending on education and experience. This position requires Union membership. *EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:* · Education and Knowledge: 2-year Human/Social Service Diploma _*and/or*_ equivalent combination of education, training and experience · 2 years recent related experience *ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (provided to you at no cost):* * Consolidated Criminal Record Check * Mandt certification (intervention, de-escalation, building healthy relationships) * TB Screening * WHMIS * Naloxone * First Aid w/CPR * Food Handler * FOIPPA Foundations * In-house Training *\*No phone calls please\** *\*\*Only applicants selected for interview will be contacted\*\** *\*\*\* This job requires a Class 5 BC Driver's License.
