*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Creative Director to curate our branding development, from social media, to YouTube, to in-facility, to promotions, to partnerships, to merchandise and experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that all projects align with our brand identity and strategic goals. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends to drive innovative solutions that resonate with our audience. Someone with an eye for aesthetics, who's able to build on the connection between the pulse of our brand and the emotions of our customers through creative projects.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement creative strategies that elevate the brand and enhance customer engagement.
* Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with other key personnel and franchise locations to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, products, and services.
* Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
* Create a wide range of content from wide funnel appeal to in-depth materials
* Wear many hats as a designer, copywriter, content generator, script writer, videography, photographer, social media manager, playlist curator, interior designer, creative coordinator, among many others.
* Work with other creatives as needed, from designers to illustrators.
* Present concepts and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine ideas while maintaining the original vision.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards.
*Requirements*
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is helpful
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly.
* Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to create new projects, evaluate what should be prioritized to continue to move the brand forward
* A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
* Able to coordinate with various suppliers for brand related materials like t-shirts, sauna hats, merchandise, and general branding materials

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
