*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, utilizing surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises. *Duties* * Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activities or breaches of security. * Operate and maintain surveillance equipment * Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken. * Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks or hazards. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. * Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with visitors, clients, and employees. * Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. * Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security protocols. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in law enforcement or security-related fields is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. * Proficiency in operating security equipment. * Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Must possess a valid security license as required by local regulations (if applicable). * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
