*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a friendly, welcoming, easy going atmosphere for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in creating a loyal clientele. *Duties* * Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment. * Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles or products. * Recommend/sell retail products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales. * Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling your appointments and handling customer inquiries. * Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills. *Chair Rental*: * You will be responsible for your own book keeping and taxes * You will be responsible for bringing in your own clientele * You will be responsible for your own advertising/promoting * You will be responsible for your own clerical duties * You will be in charge of your own schedule as well as your client bookings * You will need your own booking program and booking phone number? * You will need to provide your own debit/credit machine * You will provide all your own tools, supplies and products * You will be in charge of your own business with in Razors Barber Shop. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Barber. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. * Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * A valid hairstyling license or certification is required.
