The Administrative Assistant will work to ensure accurate manufacturing records are maintained to support financial reporting.
*Essential Duties*
* Perform primary reception duties but shared with the Sales Administrator
* Ensure that all project files, manufacturing records, inventory and stocked assembly records are stored and retained as directed by the Office Manager
*Inventory and Cost of Goods Tracking*
* Ensuring that a project?s time and materials information is being accurately entered into our electronic systems.
* Collect WOs from production and installation on a daily basis, confirming/entering all applicable data
* Maintaining organized filing system for all project files
* Provide support for COG reviews
* Provide administrative support for scheduled inventory counts
* Provide administrative support for stocked assembly program
* Provide administrative support for shipping and receiving
*Sales Support*
* Collecting sub-contracted trades? WSIB, COI and related regulatory documents
* Providing customer service to past, present and prospective clients
* Receive completed project files from the sales team; perform the file audit and follow up with project manager to ensure gaps are filled
* Assisting multiple sales and project managers with the preparation of warranty claims, invoice prep
* Capturing and entering new customer / new order information and creating a hard copy folder for the account manager.
*Non-Essential Duties*
* Perform other duties and special projects as approved by the Office Manager or President
* Provide support to the Office Manager for month end and year end reporting
* Perform off-site errands such as purchasing supplies
* Accept cross training for vacation and other time off relief within the Administration Team including Accounts Payable, CASper training and resource, sales support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
* Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
* Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
