Job Description: 40 hrs / week, 100% In office position 45 000 - 70 000$/year depending on experience Health + Dental Insurance Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding management. HR strategy alignment with business objectives. Employee support, relations, and conflict resolution. Training program development and oversight. Benefits, compensation, and payroll administration. Labor law and regulation compliance. Promotion of safety, inclusivity, and diversity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field an asset. 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
