Job details
Situated in Headingley, Manitoba, Classic Trailer Sales is the top-notch, full-service RV dealer with the down home country attitude. Come join the Classic family and help us prepare our customers for the upcoming camping season. This is a seasonal position that is part time (20 hours per week) September - April and full time (40 hours per week) May - August.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in person, on the phone and electronically
-Reconcile and post daily cash, prepare bank deposits and perform other accounting tasks
-Reconcile and process accounts payable
- Process warranty claims and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve warranty issues
- Maintain organized records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence
- Provide backup administrative and customer support to the Parts and Service Advisors
-Stock and reconcile unit inventory
-Maintain Sales Department price list
-Label, file and retrieve documents
-Process incoming and outgoing mail
-Maintain office supplies
-Provide administrative support to staff
-Work independently and as part of a team
-Maintain an organized, professional and tidy reception area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with general clerical duties as requested by the General Manager
Skills & Experience:
-Post secondary education in office administration or accounting
- Previous administrative and front desk experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage bookkeeping and warranty administration responsibilities
- Proficient in data entry, typing and MIcrosoft suite of products
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills to understand customer concerns and provide friendly, helpful assistance
- Front desk or receptionist experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of Motility or similar operating software is a plus
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and software
- Strong clerical skills for maintaining accurate and organized records

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
