We are looking to add an Office Assistant to our amazing team. In this position you will be answering incoming calls via phone queue, processing payments/credits, processing technician work orders, providing quotes to customers, invoicing charge customers and warranty calls, entering warranty claims into manufacturer's software, customer inquiries via phone or email, reschedule service calls if needed and other tasks when needed.
We are looking for someone with the following experience/skills
- Strong work ethic & Reliable
- Professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Good typing skills
- Past experience using computer billing systems
- Data entry experience
- Customer service experience
We are a great local company to work for. We have 12 paid holidays, 2 weeks of paid vacation after your first year, co-pay benefits after 3 months (Medical, Dental, Massage, Chiropractor, Mental health and more) and two company gatherings a year.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
