Your role matters! Your clients turn to you for support in understanding what they are facing, why it?s an issue for them, and how they can move through it. They are looking to learn new ways of connecting and building better relationships with themselves and others. As a Clinical Counsellor or Social Worker you play a vital role in helping children, teens and families meet their goals and journey towards healing.
We are looking for a play therapist who works with children 3+ from a trauma-informed perspective. Preferably with some EMDR training.
You are committed to providing trauma-informed care for each of your clients. This involves giving them a voice and a space to feel heard, understood and cared for.
You are confident in your skills as a therapist and consistently strive to strengthen those skills. This can take many forms - additional training, client feedback, peer consultation and/or being in regular clinical supervision.
You are concerned about providing quality care for your clients which includes being responsive to their needs, replying in a timely manner to our administrative team when there are inquiries or needs, and managing difficulties with grace and professionalism.
You are looking to work with a diverse group of professionals who value a collaborative, trauma-informed approach. You value providing excellent work as you continue to hone your skills and experience through training, interaction with colleagues, and your work with clients.
At Panorama Wellness Group, you?ll be surrounded by a multi-disciplinary team including Registered Clinical Counsellors, Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist and a Holistic Nutritionist. We are a team serving the communities surrounding Langley from a *trauma and holistic perspective*. We welcome clients who are dealing with trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, gender and a variety of other issues.
If this sounds like you, please spend a few moments visiting our website to learn more about us and take the next step.
