*We are seeking an ISM Account Manager for our TC Brampton location.* The Account Manager will be responsible for managing orders through all phases of innovation, planning and manufacturing and ensure that all of the customers? requirements are being properly fulfilled at all times. Maintaining high-quality relationships and communications in an increasingly complex workflow, balancing client needs with operational responsibilities. *MAIN responsibilities but not limited to:* * Manage customer relationships and build a solid business partnership; * Manage communication process with customer on behalf of Transcontinental acting as technical resource for all ISM projects and resolving any quality, design or other production related matters; * Manage quotations to client. * Responsible to ensure that all required project documents, approvals, files and information are supplied in an organized manner to the Transcontinental production team and within established customer standards and service levels; * Maintain client specific store/location profiles with attribute information; * Ensure proper management of client creative assets and physical inventory; * Identify production efficiencies and pass back recommendations and savings to client; * Facilitate all innovation requests through Innovation team, including development of new elements and/or creative concepts; * Maintain invoicing for all projects, including capture of all additional billable charges; * Facilitate all scheduled and ad-hoc reports required by client, including inventory, ordering, invoicing and KPIs; * Develop and maintain work-back schedules for jobs, engaging internal planning team to ensure manufacturing capacity; * Facilitate client and internal status meetings, and develop project tracking tools to ensure streamlined communication for all projects and requests; * Prioritizing workload for account and production team when faced with multiple requests and changing business dynamics; * Anticipate challenges and build contingency plans; * Handling difficult customer issues in a manner that will ensure continuation of a long term relationship; * Work as part of a team, follow and adhere to Transcontinental?s code of ethics and participate in the Continuous Improvements efforts; * Fully understand and adhere to all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Quality, Security and Company policies and procedures; * Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario, the Workplace Safety Insurance Act and all other applicable legislated, environmental, health & safety regulations. * Extensive knowledge of in-store marketing execution and digital print process and substrates; * Knowledge of inventory management systems, kitting/distribution processes & creative workflows; * Retail marketing experience an asset * Strong skills in PC-based software applications, particularly Word and Excel *About Us* TC Transcontinental, has close to 8,000 employees, the majority of which are based in Canada, the United States and Latin America, with revenues of approximately $3 billion.
