(We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants) Employer: Byun Enterprises Ltd. o/a Best Stay InnPosition: Housekeeping ManagerPosition Available: 1Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-timeWork location: 21 Mall Rd Melville, SK S0A 2P0Work Setting: HotelSalary & Benefit: $16.00-$17.00/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk with a 15 days paid vacationOvertime: Overtime will be provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wkLanguage: EnglishEducation: Completion of secondary schoolExperience: At least 1 ~ 2 years of related working or a supervisor experienceJob duties:Establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping departmentPlan and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping staffsInspect assigned areas to ensure the work meet motel policies and standardsArrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and machineryMaintain inventory and select and purchase equipmentMaintain documentational prepare reports for management information and annual housekeeping budgetMonitoring the quality of employee performance and participate in the evaluation, coaching and discipline of employees, when necessaryPrepare work schedules of the housekeeping team effectively, in relation to motel occupancyTrain and manage a motivated and housekeeping staffsMay perform the same duties as workers supervised Others:We welcome applications from Indigenous people, new immigrants, Youths, Refugees, Elders, and Asylum Seekers etc.Candidates legally entitled to work in Canada can apply.
