*Inside Sales Representative* ? Full-time, In Person

Oscardo is a leading supplier of goods featuring some iconic artwork by Indigenous and Canadian artists. Since 1997, we have been dedicated to offering a wide range of products, including accessories, apparel, jewelry, souvenirs, and home goods. We proudly collaborate with 24 Indigenous artists and their estates, ensuring that royalties are paid for every item sold.
Being an indigenous owned company, we take business personally and as we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable *Inside Sales Representative* to join our team at Toronto office. This position will work with our current customers - museums, art galleries, airport and hotel boutiques, better souvenir shops; additionally, the Inside Sales Representative will develop the new consumer base in close cooperation with Outside Sales Representatives.
This position is rewarding and profitable, ideal for those who are self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are aiming to create personal gain. In addition, we want someone who has a positive, outgoing personality but can work independently.

*What you?ll be working on*
· Developing relationships with corporate clients, preparing proposals, maintaining ongoing communication, and ensuring excellent client care.
· Analyzing the market to identify customer segments and opportunities for sales growth.
· Conducting customer base analysis, segmentation, and formulating development strategies.
· Setting up and optimizing QuickBooks and Salesforce CRMs, establishing customer relationship processes, and performing data analysis, including sales trends and inventory management.
· Collaborating with external sales representatives across Canadian provinces to create customer proposals, drive sales, and provide top-tier services.
· Working closely with other departments to achieve business objectives, offering insights into strategic development, including new product development, marketing, and communications.
*About you ? preferred requirements for this role*
* Experience with souvenir and giftware or a related field is highly desired.
* 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience in B2B and/or retail giftware.
* Experience in work with CRM platforms for inside/outside sales.
* Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office or related products required.
* Highly data driven to uncover opportunities and challenges.
* Independent contributor, highly organized with strong business acumen.
*Other Qualifications*
An Oscardo Inside Sales Representative should be able to work productively and collaboratively with outside sales representatives allowing the maximum time with customers. In addition, Oscardo Sales Representatives must be solutions-driven and positive in all interactions.
