On call grader operator required for snow removal 872 John Deere grader \* 5 years experience \*Clean license \*Reference required Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain grading equipment to ensure accurate and efficient grading of materials - Perform visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies in products - Follow established grading criteria and guidelines to determine product quality - Record and report grading results and any issues or concerns to supervisors - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills: - Mechanical knowledge and aptitude to operate grading equipment effectively - Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in product quality - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines - Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount * Tuition reimbursement Schedule: * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Night shift * On call * Overtime * Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationEdmonton, AB
