*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dedicated NEWLY Called to Bar Lawyer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer to gain hands-on experience in a variety of legal practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues. *Responsibilities* * Draft legal documents related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to negotiate terms of agreements and contracts. * Completing files related to Real Estate matters. * Completing file intakes, and managing ongoing files. * Draft legal documents and correspondence. * Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner. * Attend client meetings and negotiations. * Collaborate with team on case strategies and client management. * Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. * Stay current with legal developments and best practices. *Requirements* : * Law Degree from an accredited law school. * Licensed to practice law in Ontario. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. * Prior experience in a legal environment is an asset, but not required. *How to Apply:* Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and academic transcripts through Indeed or to aujlalawoffice@gmail.com.
