Company: Vape SuperStore Position: Retail Sales Associate-Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities (20-40 hrs/week) Location: 110 Elizabeth St, Okotoks Alberta _*Who are we?*_ Vape SuperStores are located throughout Western Canada with their head office located in Alberta. We are hiring a local person from the area for a retail sales role. Our stores are bright and very beautiful to work in. We currently have 9 stores and expanding. We love the combination of best selling vape hardware and the top selling e-liquid brands. Add in the hottest selling brands in disposable vapes and you will quickly see why our locations are so busy! *Here?s where you come in*?We?re looking for passionate, driven people who are excited about coming to work. You?re passionate, want to sharpen your skills, and grow along with us in a *fun, high-energy work environment*. _*A day in the life of a Sales Associate: *_ · Reporting to the Store Managers, the Sales Associate will greet and welcome customers, explaining our daily promotions, telling them what?s new in product, explaining our loyalty programs and other specials. generate sales by identifying and meeting customer needs · Deliver excellent customer service by listening and understanding their needs. Make recommendations based on that _*customer?s requirements and budget.*_ · Maintain a strong understanding about our product lines, features and technical specs to answer specific customer questions. At VSS we offer employees the opportunity to use our new products for demonstration, so you are very familiar with our vape devices. · Maintain store displays and merchandise. · Execute various store opening and closing tasks · Comply with all health and safety standards and procedures, as well as with the establishment's rules and regulations · Assist with unpacking shipments, creating sales labels for products · Assisting with social media channels *Good thing you have what it takes:* · 2 years of retail in a vape store or Cannabis would be ideal. Higher compensation for those coming from the vaping industry. However, if you come from a hospitality like serving or bartending, then we welcome your resumes. Your ability to learn and memorize complex menus and products fits our industry very well. · Must have a ?Happy? personality, an optimistic attitude towards vaping. · Detail-oriented results-focused problem solver with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency · Excellent computer skills as all our sales are electronic records · You must have a fantastic memory as we have a very large inventory to learn · Able to work independently as well as part of a team · Strong customer service orientation · Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, evenings, and weekend periods, based on retail business needs as they arise. · 18 years of age or older · You must be a current vaper. *What?s in it for You? * · Above average hourly rate, inclusion in store bonus · Ongoing continuous training to support your personal and professional development · Local & Regional career growth opportunities · Employment Type: Full Time OR Part-Time can be accommodated for the right person.
