Welcome to the internal Employee Assistance Program at Global Affairs Canada!As an EAP Counsellor with Global Affairs Canada you will join a dynamic team of highly skilled professionals who provide mental health support services to the department's employees and their family members locally and all over the world. It is a truly rare job opportunity to work in the domain of psychology and to be able to do so at an international level, with clients working and living in 110 different countries! Your duties will include:• Providing individual short-term to mid-term counselling services to employees of the department and eligible family members on topics related to their personal lives and workplace situations• Providing consultation services to supervisors and managers on topics related to employee mental health and wellness in the workplace• Design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions (of varying durations) on topics related to mental health • Facilitation- LocationGatineau, QC
