*Overview* Family owned excavation company is seeking a reliable and dedicated AZ Float Driver to join our team. Full time, year round, employment with a guaranteed 50 hour week, and benefits after 3 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading and transporting heavy equipment and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. This role requires excellent navigation skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. *Responsibilities* * Load, unload and deliver heavy equipment and ensuring proper handling and securing of items. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. * Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. * Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally. *Requirements* * Valid AZ driver's license. * Proven experience as a float driver or in a similar role. * Experience with RGN * Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. * Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Experience floating heavy equipment is a must!
