We are currently seeking Reliability Maintainers (electrical/electronics/instrumentation/electro-mechanical/industrial mechanical) to join our team in Waterville.Reliability Technicians at Michelin use innovative solutions to solve complex problems. They are challenged with maintaining sophisticated and technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.Do you have a positive outlook, a strong work ethic and enjoy learning new things? If so, a career with Michelin might be just be right for you.Reliability Maintainers are responsible for:Assuring machine performance and sustain equipment compliance within their area of responsibility;Effective and efficient performance of interventions, including accurate documentation; andProviding technical support to production operations and participating on high performance teams.Job Requirements:Successful prior completion of a technical program;Dedication to working safely;Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends;Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems; andProven ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.Michelin provides a competitive wage package based on qualifications and experience as well as an extensive benefits package, 3 weeks vacation after 1st year calendar year, including a pension, product discounts and personal safety equipment.
