Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor(Hybrid REMOTE) Kitchener, ON C$75,000 to C$85,000 Supervises the activities of the Market Area's Inside Sales Team and provides a level of experience/expertise in the sale of services to customers resulting in additional revenue. This is a hybrid role with Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursday in the office. Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Maintains and reinforces the corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team. Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions. Communicates to and work with the Market Area Sales Manager to help resolve escalated or unique customer issues. Supervises activities of- LocationKitchener, ON
