<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>*Full and Part Time positions available</p><p>Primary responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Work towards shared goal with emphasis on service quality, customer satisfaction and financial performance in a dynamic retail environment</li><li>Make effective recommendations to customers including product <span class="long-word">support/consultation</span> through a growth mindset focused on learning and education</li><li>Adhere to all regulatory requirements to ensure compliance</li><li>Detail oriented; ability to complete a variety of operational duties as assigned by the Retail Manager</li><li>Work well in a team environment, inspire and empower the Zephyr culture</li></ul><p>Desired candidate profile and qualifications:</p><ul><li>Previous retail experience in a high-volume workplace</li><li>Certification - CannSell license</li><li>Excellent customer service and strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, which may require weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays</li><li>Experience with Cova as well as prior knowledge and experience of working in the cannabis industry is considered an asset</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Family owned retail cannabis store.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Family owned retail cannabis store.</div>- LocationKanata, ON
