Let your career take flight by joining our diverse and vibrant team at the leading edge of passenger aviation.</strong> <br><br> We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Marketing & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic and growing Air Canada Talent Acquisition team. <br><br> As a TA Marketing & Analytics Manager, you will lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive website global traffic. You will develop and manage engaging content across diverse digital platforms (AC website, social media, professional sites, etc.), in partnership with key internal stakeholders to produce high-quality materials. You will optimize paid ad campaigns on digital channels and report on KPIs to measure effectiveness, while analyzing website traffic and user behavior, providing actionable insights and key recommendations. <ul> <li> Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive global traffic to our career website. </li> <li> Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email marketing, social media, and content marketing. </li> <li> Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. </li> <li> Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our career website and digital platforms. </li> <li> Collaborate with the brand, communications, design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials. </li> <li> Responsible for conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. </li> <li> Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as CRM Phenom platform, Google Ads, etc. </li> <li> Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. </li> <li> Build strong relationships with internal clients based on trust and understanding, to proactively deliver solutions in all aspects of the talent acquisition process in order to identify and attract top talent. </li> <li> Innovate and develop creative ways to reach out and attract targeted audiences. </li> <li> Serve as an ambassador in promoting Air Canada to external stakeholders. </li> <li> Establish priorities of tasks associated with job fairs/activities/events to allocate appropriate resources to optimize results. </li> <li> Ensure brand identity and guidelines are respected. </li> <li> Ensure to deliver a positive candidates' experience in line with the corporate values, and Talent Acquisition standards. </li> <li> Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. </li> </ul><b>Qualifications</b> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li> <li> Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.</li> <li> Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.</li> <li> Previous experience working with a CRM tool, such as Phenom is preferred</li> <li> Experience with an ATS, such as Taleo, is also an asset</li> <li> Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.</li> <li> Demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules</li> <li> Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions.</li> <li> Enjoy working in a team with a strong collaborative mindset</li> <li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li> Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and ability to create positive working relationships with a team.</li> <li> Familiarity deliveri
