Clareview Drug Mart is an independent pharmacy that has been serving the community for over 30 years. Our team of Pharmacists work collaboratively to ensure seamless patient care, and there is ample overlap during shifts to facilitate teamwork. Additionally, our highly skilled Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians provide excellent support to ensure the best possible customer service. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, counselling patients, conducting care plans, checking compounds, and running the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for building relationships with patients. The knowledge of Kroll software is an asset. Responsibilities: ? Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently ? Conducting care plans and medication reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes ? Counselling patients on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions ? Checking compounds and ensuring that they meet quality standards ? Running the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, cash management, and customer service ? Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations ? Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated patient care Qualifications: ? Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc.Pharm.) or equivalent degree ? Licensed by the Alberta College of Pharmacists to practice pharmacy ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively ?
