Position Overview:
As a salesperson, you will help build long lasting relationships with new customers by finding the right tools for their job, while communicating the many advantages of shopping with KMS Tools. This position requires a deep understanding of tools and machinery, and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the industrial retail sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers find the right tools for their job, possess strong communication skills, and excel in delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Engaging with customers to understand their projects and needs so we can supply them with the correct and best tools for their job or project.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction, woodworking, welding, and other related tools and their applications.
* Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and effective product presentations.
* Provide effective customer service before, during and after the sale.
* Be exceptional at creating and building long-lasting customer relationships.
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly stocked, inventoried, and displayed.
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and goals.
* Be passionate and stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
* Advanced ability to understand and communicate.
* Proven experience as a salesperson in the industrial retail sector, preferably in the tool industry.
* Deep knowledge of tools, including their features, applications, and benefits.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
* Availability to work full-time schedule, be punctual, and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour

* Retail sales: 1 year (required)
* Construction: 1 year (preferred)
