<p>Founded in 2001, Fed Finance is a recruitment agency that is specialized in accounting and finance positions. <br>Our consultants are finance experts and speak your language. <br>We select the best candidates for temporary and permanent positions. <br>We are committed to working with you throughout your job search and beyond!</p><p>.</p><p>Hello, I am Melissa, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I am looking, for my clients, in Baie d'Urfé, for an accounting technician, this is a permanent position, 1 day in the office: <br> <br>Provide support to production, service and sales departments, notably by collecting accounts receivable. <br> <br>Verify and invoice service supplies and work orders; <br> <br>Participate in processing accounts payable, entering invoices into the accounting system and communicating with suppliers. <br> <br>Produce expense accounts for management personnel and validate with various government institutions (e.g. CNESST attestation, Revenu Québec, etc.); <br> <br>Make month-end entries (accruals, amortization, exchange rates, etc.). <br> <br>Prepare inventory reports, reconciliations, reconcile inter-company balances and create accounts.</p><p><ul><li>Salary based on experience starting at $23.00/hr & annual bonus program;</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible working hours and telecommuting 4 days a week (lump sum for the purchase of equipment for your home office);</li></ul><ul><li>Full range of benefits (vacation upon hire, group insurance, pension fund, telemedicine program and much more);</li></ul><ul><li>Training & talent management program to develop your skills;</li></ul><ul><li>People-oriented corporate culture & camaraderie;</li></ul><ul><li>Dynamic team open to new ideas;</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to participate in a forward-looking environmental mission!</li></ul></p>- LocationMontréal, QC
