Local Nurse Practitioner candidates only!*** RhynoCare is presently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our high functioning interprofessional team as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a Long-term Care (LTC) setting. Responsibilities: Delivers primary health care to residents in LTC in the management of acute and chronic medical conditions, therapeutic management, health promotion and disease/injury prevention to deliver comprehensive health services Provide on-call coverage for duties and schedules as required. Perform excellent clinical assessments combined with sound clinical judgement/diagnostic and treatment skills - within full scope of practice as defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Provides clinical leadership to LTC team- LocationLondon, ON
