XTL Transport Inc. is looking for a Shipper Logistics Planner at our Toronto Terminal to become a part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated, has strong analytical and computer skills, strong attention to detail and is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. Responsibilities: 1. Interaction with customers Daily interaction with existing customers to deepen relationship and ensure supply of freight. On-boarding of new customers, assist in creating SOP's. Generate and analyze service and volume reports . Participate in monthly / quarterly level service meetings. Answer inquires and find solutions to problems regarding shipments. Manage EDI and order entry. Schedule pick ups and delivery of shipments . 2. Interaction with Sales Regular interaction to share- LocationEtobicoke, ON
