As an Office Systems Specialist, you maintain and repair Multi-Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues while maintaining effective relationships with customers and the Sales Department Responsibilities:What you'll do here Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues Perform on-site service of MFPs Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets Responsible to learn new technologies 5% - Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers 95% - break-fix and customer support Understands territory parts budget and inventory control Must follow the policies and procedures set- LocationConcord, ON
