We create communities ? the kind of desirable places that people are proud to own, proud to live in, and proud to call home. *Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced and proactive cleaner to become an integral part of our team. As a Cleaner you are responsible for ensuring the impeccable upkeep of our facilities. With Cressey?s dedication to quality top of mind, this role plays a vital part in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our tenants, and visitors. *Key Responsibilities* * Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, all living areas, decks and patios in vacant apartments. * Vacuuming and/or washing and cleaning all floor surface areas. * Washing walls, windows, doors, cabinets, cupboards etc. * Cleaning appliances, sinks, showers/tubs and toilets. * Dusting and polishing. * Cleaning all Property common areas. * Ensuring safety of common areas, and complying with Cascadia's Health and Safety requirements. * Provide holiday coverage for cleaning duties at other buildings and provide holiday coverage for other positions at your assigned building. * Other duties relating to the cleanliness of the Property?s apartments and common areas as assigned from time to time. *Skills and Qualifications* * Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. * Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude. * Team player who can collaborate with colleagues and residents.
