*Swiss Chalet is looking for a Cashier for our 610 Algonquin Blvd E, Timmins, ON P4N 8R4 location!* We are seeking a customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a restaurant or food service environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in cash handling. *Responsibilities:* * Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience. * Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. * Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Upsell products and promote special offers. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders promptly. *Experience:* * Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred. * Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions. * Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
