The Company is currently recruiting for an *Accounts Payable Clerk*. This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for the following: *Job Duties* * GRN Trial balance monitoring * AP Trial balance monitoring * HST calculation and filling * Posting invoices for Canadian and US vendors in Oracle * Posting payments for Canadian and US vendors in Oracle * AP statement reconciliation * Month end and yearend audit support for Accounts payables * Answering calls/emails from vendors. *Skills and Abilities* * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to use logic, technical knowledge, and strategic planning when required. * Problem solving skills. * Interpersonal skills. *Qualifications* * A minimum of 2 years? relevant work experience is required. * A minimum of a college diploma.
