*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. *Responsibilities* * Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications with precision and care. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services. * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty techniques. *Experience* * Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients positively. * Experience in upselling services or retail products is a plus. * Familiarity with front desk operations in a beauty or wellness setting is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
