We are committed to supporting and growing with our team, and we?re seeking a motivated "Rock Star" to join our family! *Who We?re Looking For:* A full-time Inside Sales Representative who is detail-oriented, a team player, and someone with the integrity and work ethic to make a lasting impact on our team. *Hours:* Monday to Friday, 8:30 am ? 5:00 pm *What You?ll Bring:* * A post-secondary degree or diploma * 2+ years of inside sales experience (safety industry knowledge is a plus!) * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven customer service experience by phone * A knack for organization, multitasking, and independent work * A results-driven approach, with enthusiasm and initiative to build lasting customer relationships *What You?ll Do:* * Handle full-cycle customer service: process orders, manage inquiries, and create quotations * Service customers directly through phone and email, with follow-ups as required * Develop and strengthen relationships with customers across diverse industries * Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service * Other responsibilities as needed *Why Work With Us:* At HTT Safety, we believe in fostering a healthy work-life balance for our team.
