Are you looking for a job that would highlight your dynamism, your autonomy and your ability to communicate?<br><br>Dispatch (Refrigeration department).<br>This is a permanent position located in Mirabel.<br><br>Join a dynamic, open-minded and human company now!<br><br><strong>Benefits</strong><br><br>Permanent position from Monday to Friday daytime<br>Suggested schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. <br>Salary based on your experience<br>4 weeks vacation (Christmas and construction)<br>Cell phone provided<br>Work-life balance<br>Company focused on the well-being of its employees<br>Possibility of advancement<br><br><strong>Role</strong><br><br>As the dispatch of the service department, your role will be to receive customer requests, prepare quotes and distribute the workload of service refrigeration technicians.<br><br>Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email<br>Prepare work orders and establish schedules for work planning<br>Prepare quotes and purchase materials<br>Support service refrigeration technicians in the more complex quote process<br>Invoice work<br>All other related tasks<br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><br>Any training relevant to the position (estimating, refrigeration, administration, an asset)<br>Experience and knowledge in the field of Refrigeration (an asset)<br>Mastery of the software ( Eye on task, an asset)<br>Excellent command of the French language both orally and in writing mandatory<br>English functional<br>Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)<br><br><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full Time, Permanent<br><br><strong>Benefits</strong> :<br><br>Flexible hours<br><br><strong>Working hours</strong> :<br><br>From Monday to Friday<br><br><strong>Job location</strong>: on site <br> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Reliable</strong></em></span>- LocationMirabel, QC
