Tasks

Inspect products and processing methods; prepare reports and ensure that regulations governing health, quality and safety are followed

Inspect and evaluate material and equipment for compliance to standards

Conduct inspections and tests of a variety of mechanical and electronic weighing and measuring devices and systems

Stand engine room watch, monitoring and noting performance of engines, machinery and all auxiliary equipment

Conduct maintenance and emergency repairs to engines, machinery and all auxiliary equipment
