\*\*Job Posting: Winter Heavy Machinery Operator for Snow Removal (Day & Night Shifts)\*\* \*\*Position:\*\* Heavy Machinery Operator for Snow Removal \*\*Location:\*\* Winnipeg, MB \*\*Shifts:\*\* Day and Night Shifts Available (12-hour rotations) \*\*Number of Positions:\*\* 4 Operators \*\*Employment Type:\*\* Full-Time, Seasonal \*\*Job Overview:\*\* We are seeking skilled and experienced Heavy Machinery Operators to join our snow removal team this winter. You will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to ensure our community stays safe and accessible during snowstorms and inclement weather. Both day and night shifts are available, with a 12-hour rotation schedule. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* - Operate heavy machinery, such as snowplows, loaders, and graders, to remove snow from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas. - Maintain and perform basic equipment checks before and after use to ensure machinery is in good working condition. - Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure all areas are cleared in a timely manner. - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and damage. - Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate snow removal efforts. \*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Previous experience operating heavy machinery, particularly in snow removal, is required. - Ability to work in harsh winter conditions, including extreme cold and during night hours. - Strong understanding of safety procedures and machinery operation. - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts as needed. - Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record; additional certifications are a plus. \*\*Compensation:\*\* - Wages are negotiable and will be based on experience. \*\*How to Apply:\*\* Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their experience and availability to foundationsolutionswpg@gmail.com Job Types: Casual, Seasonal Contract length: 7 months Pay: $23.00-$40.00 per hour Experience: * Heavy equipment operation: 4 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
