*About Us:* Proudly serving Oakville for 30 years CWC is looking to expand our staff with positive hard working individuals. With plenty of room for internal company growth, employees are both encouraged and have the desire to work both safely and efficiently while maintaining the high quality standard CWC is known for. *Work Conditions/Tasks:* Work is primarily on residential properties in the Oakville area. We work outdoors in various conditions including heights, heat, humidity, rain, and cold. Working hours include occasional weekend work. At CWC we listen to the employees. Certain jobs/tasks will vary based on comfort/enjoyment as well as where you feel you excel! Tasks may include: *Fall & Spring Cleanups* - Stamina to carry backpack leaf blower for 8-10 hour days - Ability to work alongside crew members to complete the task efficiently *Interior/Exterior Window Cleaning* - Safely use 20-28' ladders L*awn & Garden Maintenance* - *but are not limited to:* - Cutting with push mowers or ride-on mowers. - Ability to use line trimmers. - Blow leaves and grass clippings with backpack blowers. *Eavestrough Cleaning* - Safely use 20-28' ladders *Power Washing/House washing* - Interlock, Stone, Asphalt, etc. *Experience:* - Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred) - English (preferred) *License/Certification:* - Class G Drivers License (*Not required*) We look forward to hearing from you! Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 ? 50 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-01- LocationOakville, ON
