The Director, Business Development, will be responsible for contributing to growing Seaspan Shipyards business by finding new opportunities in target market segments and then developing and leading the capture strategy and plans for those opportunities. Key to this role will be a strategic approach to understanding the breadth and complexity of our customer's needs and leading the development of strategies and solutions to meet those needs - both technical and non-technical. Working as part of the broader multi-disciplinary Seaspan team, this role will require direct leadership of small capture teams growing to larger temporary teams during proposal activity and collaborative interfaces to many other departments and teams within Seaspan. Note: This position qualifies for- LocationOttawa, ON
