As we expand, we aim to build a team that values excellence, efficiency, and consistency. *Job Role and Requirements* We are looking for a seamstress to create initial samples of our designs, which will eventually move to manufacturing. Applicants must have their own equipment and workspace and be comfortable working independently while adhering to specific design standards. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of garment construction, proficiency with diverse textiles, and expertise in handling delicate fabrics. *Responsibilities:* * Sew high-quality garment samples based on provided designs and specifications * Collaborate closely with our team to ensure each sample meets design and quality standards * Work efficiently to meet production deadlines *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in sample production and garment construction * Skilled in working with a variety of fabrics, including delicate and detailed textiles * High attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, professional samples If you have a strong background in garment production and a keen eye for detail, we?d love to hear from you! This can be crucial in sample development, as any adjustments at this stage affect mass production. * Do you have a meticulous approach to sewing, with an eye for even the smallest details?Samples need to be flawless to serve as models for manufacturing, so a high standard of quality control is essential. * Are you located in the Niagara Region? * Do you have access to professional sewing equipment? * Do you have experience with various sewing techniques?
