*Part-Time Receptionist*
We are looking to expand our reception team with a part-time individual to join the amazing staff here at Key West Ford. Reception is a critical role ensuring our dealership runs efficiently by completing and organizing various tasks. Our reception team greets every client warmly and ensures that they are helped in a timely manner if they require assistance. They answer all incoming phone calls with a positive attitude, ready to assist with whatever is needed. This position is for you if you consider yourself a "people person" and enjoy dealing with the public. We foster an uplifting team environment where everyone helps out to ensure that clients are given an amazing experience at our dealership.
Established in 1985, Key West Ford has grown to become the premier Ford auto dealer in the Lower Mainland region of BC. Throughout our tenure we've strived to provide the best possible customer experiences, offering top-notch service work and comprehensive new and pre-owned vehicle inventories. We have been the recipient of the "Ford Dealer of the Year" from Dealer Rater for over 3 years for our high level of customer satisfaction.

*Duties*
* Greeting and directing customers
* Answering the phone
* Scanning and filing various documents
* Taking deposits and creating receipts
* Completing reports
* Cash handling
* Sorting and sending mail
* Various additional tasks as required
*Applicants require:*
* Strong written and spoken command of the English language
* The ability to competently learn and use technology including phone systems, Gmail, various computer programs, and the Microsoft Office suite
* Positive attitude
* Flexibility with schedule
* Ability to multitask
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Willingness to learn
* Customer service experience required
* Previous automotive reception or administration experience is an asset but not a requirement
*Hours and Compensation*
This position will include a flexible schedule with afternoon/evening shifts as well as vacation/sick coverage as needed.
Compensation based on experience.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 ? 13 per week
