If you're ready to take your career to new heights and make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you!</p><p><em>We encourage you to contact us at <span class="long-word">peopleandculture@tru.earth</span> </em><em>if you require an accommodation for the recruitment process, we would love to hear from you! </em></p><p><strong>Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Document the inbound/outbound materials and ensure shipping deadlines, goals, and standards are met</li><li>Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are met</li><li>Accountable for efficiently and safely loading trailers for transport material in accordance with routing solutions</li><li>Complete tasks as directed by warehouse schedules and within standard times</li><li>Ensure inbound/outbound material area is clean, clear of hazards/debris and organized</li><li>Assist other department workers as required</li><li>Verify quantities on incoming PO's</li><li>Shift products to final BIN locations</li><li>Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies</li><li>Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the customer's order to ensure outgoing product shipments are complete and correct</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory</li><li>Utilize inventory management software to update and monitor stock levels</li><li>Communicate inventory issues and discrepancies to relevant departments and management</li><li>Kitting within Acumatica</li><li>Must ensure you are wearing appropriate PPE dictated by the work conditions (indoor and outdoor) </li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Highschool Education</li><li>First Aid level 1 an asset</li><li>Experience in automated assembly line production an asset</li><li>WHMIS Certification an asset</li><li>Valid Forklift license an asset</li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills and Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience working in a warehouse with inbound/outbound materials</li><li>Possess working knowledge of WHMIS and OH&S</li><li>Able to lift to 50lbs repetitively</li><li>Have a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task</li><li>Able to regularly stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shifts</li><li>Able to efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight</li><li>Use appropriate motorized and manual equipment based on the item weight, including pallet jack, forklift, Straddle Stacker and by hand</li><li>Proficient with computer use</li><li>Proficient in the English language (written/spoken) with excellent communication skills</li><li>Reliable, positive, and organized with a strong work ethic and excellent time administration skills</li></ul><p><strong>We thank all applications for their interest; however, only those shortlisted will be contacted.</strong></p><p><em>Tru Earth does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
