*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, with a focus on technology and retail products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. *Responsibilities* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries. * Assist in maintaining the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. *Requirements* * Proven experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with a broader customer base. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. * Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently and effectively. * A proactive attitude towards upselling products and services to meet customer needs. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
