We are looking to grow our Inside *Sales team at our Nanaimo B.C. location.* Successful candidates will be hands-on individuals who have a passion for customer service, sales and aren't afraid of physical work. We offer an attractive compensation package, benefits and bonus program as well as extensive perks and incentives. *Primary Responsibilities:* * Identify customers? needs and recommend valuable products * Sell Industrial/MRO products * Answer customer inquiries and advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts * Maintain a large territory of existing industrial customers * Adhere to company safety policies *Qualifications:* * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated * Excellent verbal communication skills * Capable of maintaining a professional image and enhancing customer relationships * Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team * High level of attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner Front counter experience within an industrial industry is not necessary but is considered a definite asset. *Why Work For Gregg?s?* We offer many unique incentive programs that help to benefit not only the lives of our staff members, but their families as well.
