You will use your strong customer service skills to uphold the safety of passengers and create a positive travel experience by: efficiently screening passengers and baggage through airport security checkpointsproviding information professionally and with integrityconfirming valid boarding passesscanning/testing baggage for prohibited items using X-ray machines, metal detectors and other technologyprotecting restricted areasupholding all regulations with vigilanceWhat you bring to PASS: You are 18 or olderYou have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)You are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of CanadaYou are able to obtain a Transport Security Clearance and have a no unpardoned criminal recordYou have fluency in English (verbal and written)You are able to comply with the CATSA medical requirementsYou have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, preferably in a high-volume environment for a minimum of one yearYou are available to work any shift as required by the airport operation.
