*Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and outgoing clinician who can provide relief to clients and help clients with their overall well-being. *At Green Clinic West, you'll benefit from client referrals from our large medical and rehabilitation team, alleviating the need to find clients yourself. Your earnings will be based on a commission percentage from each client, giving you the potential to determine your income. Enjoy flexible hours, allowing you to work as much or as little as you prefer with the flexibility to set your own prices.* *What We Offer:* * Competitive percent-based compensation * Full reception and billing services * Brand new facility with clean treatment rooms * Consistent Dr. and Therapist referrals * All necessary equipment * Private work room * Free on site parking * Laundry services *Responsibilities:* * Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client * Maintain detailed treatment records for client history and progress in accordance to their * collage requirements * Educate clients on the benefits of massages as part of their overall wellness program * Uphold hygiene standards and follow all health and safety regulations * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed * Have strong communication skills * Have strong business skills and be able to meet patient expectations and retain clients *Requirements:* * Previous work experience as a Massage Therapist * Proficient in various massage modalities and techniques * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively * Knowledge of medical terminology * Ability to commute to and from work * Be able to work a flexible work schedule based on referrals, and be able to work on the weekends and evenings. * Preferably have customer service experience * Completion of a recognized Massage Therapy diploma program from an accredited institution. * We welcome new graduates * Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). * Experience in various massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and myofascial release * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients. * Strong assessment and critical thinking skills to develop treatment plans. * Dedication to upholding high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality. * Independent liability insurance If you are passionate about helping others improve their well-being through therapeutic touch and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
