Our expertise and equipment ensure we can handle even the most complex and technically demanding projects. We are seeking an experienced *Anchor/Micropile Driller* to join our team based out of *Bedford, NS*. *Job Summary:* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in hydraulic drilling, overburden, and rock drilling. *Experience in well drilling is considered an asset*. Candidates must be comfortable operating and maintaining various drilling rigs, such as Casagrande, CZM, Hutte, Comacchio, Atlas Copco, AirTrack, and Furukawa. *Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * * Ensure all drilling operations meet quality control standards and project specifications. * Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain adherence to safety protocols. * Lead and supervise the drilling crew to ensure efficient teamwork. * Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors. * Uphold a strong work ethic, with a self-motivated and driven attitude. * Perform other duties as assigned *Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:* * *Experience:* At least 1 year in hydraulic, air, overburden, and rock drilling (well drilling is an asset). * *Rig Operation:* Proficient in operating and maintaining rigs like Casagrande, CZM, Hutte, Comacchio, Atlas Copco, AirTrack, and Furukawa. * *Tooling Knowledge:* Strong knowledge of drill tooling, including setup and proper use. * *Soil Expertise:* Ability to evaluate soil conditions and select the appropriate tools for different ground conditions. * *Troubleshooting:* Hands-on problem solver for all aspects of micropile and drilling operations. * *Forklift/Telehandler License:* An asset, but not mandatory. * *Specialized Skills:* Experience with anchoring, grouting, and tensioning. * *Driver?s License:* Valid Class 5 (or equivalent).
