As our Social Media Guru, you?ll dream up scroll-stopping content that captures the heart of what we do?turning everyday projects into shareable stories across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram! *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals. * Curate, create, and schedule engaging content: think before-and-after transformations, DIY tips, customer testimonials, and on-the-job action shots. * Capture and edit short videos that showcase our work, creating engaging content for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. * Manage our social media calendar, keeping it fresh, relevant, and on-brand. * Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and create a warm community vibe. * Monitor analytics, track key metrics, and tweak our strategy for better performance. * Stay updated on social media trends and tools to keep our approach innovative. *Requirements:* * *Responsive Communication*: Prompt replies on WhatsApp are essential. When messages are sent, a response within an hour (or as soon as possible) keeps projects moving. Likewise, the owner will respond promptly to your questions to support you in keeping up momentum and inspiration. * *On-Site Visits for Content Creation*: Occasionally, capturing high-quality photos or videos will require on-site visits. While our handymen can record their own work, some shots will be better executed with a dedicated person behind the camera to showcase their skills effectively. *Who You Are:* * A social media enthusiast with a knack for storytelling and creating eye-catching content. * Proficient in using tools like Canva, Photoshop, InShot, or other video-editing software. * Experienced with filming and editing high-quality photos and videos (preferably with a dedicated camera). * Familiar with analytics and metrics that measure engagement, reach, and growth. * Able to capture and edit videos that bring out the fun and expertise of our work. * An excellent communicator with a warm, conversational tone. *Bonus Points:* * Experience with home improvement, DIY content, or similar fields. * Knowledge of SEO and social media ads. * Some experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). *Why Join Us?* * Creative freedom to bring fresh ideas to a growing brand. * Opportunity to make a tangible impact on our online growth. * Flexible hours and potential for a long-term role as we expand. *To Apply:* We?re excited to see your unique perspective and creative ideas in action.
