*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales & Inventory targets. Expected hours: 25hr minimum up to 40hrs per week. Mix of evening, day and weekend shifts available. *Duties* *- *Sort and select inventory based on Store needs - Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience - Enter product into POS system to price inventory - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist in tagging, hanging & restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels *Experience* - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers - Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus - Basic math skills for cash handling transactions - Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.40 per hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.40 per hour Expected hours: 25 ? 40 per week Benefits: * Store discount Experience: * sales: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationNanaimo, BC
