*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting into new accounts, with the goal of uncovering new opportunities. Further they will be maintaining, growing and upselling sales of Sure Grip Controls - Bailey Electronics product and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer service. This is a hunter role that will eventually lead to a farmer role. *Duties* * Prospects for customers in the off-highway industry * Identifies and pursues sales opportunities to meet the annual targets defined by Sales leadership * Completes and submits daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales report through the CRM in a timely manner * Conducts cold calls in a targeted sales effort * Cultivates and maintains long term, professional relationships with customers with the intent to grow sales and help customer achieve their growth objectives Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships. * Understand and analyze customer needs to effectively present our products and services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer retention. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads. * Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions. * Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. *Requirements* * High School Diploma or GED required (at least two years of college level education preferred) * Working knowledge of account management solutions preferred * Minimum five years of sales or customer service experience, B2B sales experience preferred * Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in technology or technical sales. * Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport over the phone. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting client needs. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and market trends.
