The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care through the practice of acupuncture and other complementary therapies. This role requires a deep understanding of medical terminology and the ability to work collaboratively in an outpatient clinical setting. You will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of patients by addressing various health concerns through holistic treatment methods. *Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. * Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles, ensuring patient comfort and safety. * Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients on acupuncture techniques, benefits, and self-care practices. * Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and outcomes. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. * Stay updated on advancements in acupuncture practices and techniques. *Skills* * Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication. * Familiarity with hospital environments and the ability to navigate clinical settings effectively. * Proficient understanding of medical terminology to facilitate clear communication with healthcare teams. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Excellent organizational skills to manage patient records and treatment plans efficiently. * Commitment to ongoing professional development in acupuncture and holistic health practices.
